With respect to information collected by Sparks.Fund other than posted content, Sparks.Fund may release any and all such information (including, but not limited to, subscription information, network records, and information regarding which programs were viewed and for how long) to any party for the following reasons:  (a) to report to music licensors, footage licensors, or other third-party licensors regarding Sparks.Fund’s use of third-party material on the site; (b) to report to unions or guilds; (c) to report to attorneys, accountants, or taxing authorities; (d) to report to funders; (e) to comply with the law (for example, pursuant to a statutory demand, subpoena, warrant or court order); (f) to protect against fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the site; (g) to protect Sparks.Fund’ rights or property; (h) to prevent danger of death; and (g) if you provide an email or other address or phone number to us, we may use that address or number to communicate with you.  Other than for these purposes, Sparks.Fund will not provide to any outside agency or outside individual email addresses or other private information voluntarily provided by site visitors.

You post content on the site at your own risk. We cannot and do not guarantee that content you post on the site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the site.
You can unsubscribe to a blog subscription at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the notice. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of content may remain viewable in cached or archived pages or if others have copied or stored your content.
